A Day in the Life of a Princess

Last week we inherited some princess dress-up hand-me-downs.




Even though the play clothes were given to us with Keziah in mind, I knew Micah would be pretty excited about them too.

I guess I just didn't expect him to be THIS excited...


It's especially fun when Mommy pulls out her princess clothes too!

    My son would have been right in there. How often do you pull out your wedding dress? I had fun pulling mine out last year. I have yet to dry clean it again though. I think I will pull it out and wear it again for our 10th anniversary.

    Hahaha! This made me smile. I love the look on Micah's face in the "excited" picture :) And I'm so impressed that you can still fit in your wedding dress, all these years later. Take a bow!

    I should've mentioned my own surprise at my ability to still wear my wedding dress after 8 1/2 years! There HAVE been times when I've tried and it's been a no-go! Thankfully the dress was never really super-fitted and has been forgiving to the re-positioning of my proportions :)

    How fun that you wore your dress as well! I love wearing my wedding dress! I think it's adorable how Micah was so excited to dress up as well! :)

    I love these pictures! You know my girls still love playing dress up! We have a huge chest of clothes and they play with them with their friends a lot! I guess in a world where kids grow up too fast, I should enjoy this time for as long as possible.
    And yes, Judah gets dressed up quite a bit too. I'll save those pictures for his wedding some day.

    kamryn would be so jealous of the princess dresses! i'm a mean mommy and have never actually bought her any! :(

    i think you and I have the same wedding dress! Can you post a picture of the whole thing? Mine is all boxed up and there is no chance of me putting it on for a good long time (or ever?)!
